DESCRIPTION
    returns the minimum value among a series of numbers
SYNOPSIS
    #min(n1,n2,...)
    #min(n1,n2,...)
ARGUMENTS
    n1,n2,... - a series of numbers, or numerical expressions, separated by commas
EXAMPLES
