DESCRIPTION
    returns a file's atime (access time)
SYNOPSIS
    #fileatime(s)
ARGUMENTS
    s - a quoted string, or string expression, representing a filepath
EXAMPLES
# pikt +C 'output $text(#fileatime("/etc/passwd"))'
1182933327
        rule
                set #fa = #fileatime($inlin)

        rule
                if #fa != %fa
                        output mail "for $inlin, atime has changed"
                fi
